Guidelines For (TNA) Testers
If you have been selected to be a tester for an upcoming padawan testing then please read these guidelines so you will be aware as to how the test will procede from the testers point of view.

Please be promt. It looks bad if you are late. Please make sure you have the time to spare as well, we will be left at a disadvantage if we become 1 tester down.

(TNA) Testers are most importantly to be on their very best behavior at all times during the testing, and messing about will be dealt with severely.

A clan leader will be in charge of the Testing session, please pay attention to all of his instructions as you may miss some important instructions that may effect you.

Be sure you have read all the testing procedure as you will need to know what to expect.

During your 2 v 1 and 2 v 2 tests please, try not to kill your own partner, make sure you are wearing different skins and you play in a united fashion.

If you are the tester asked to partner the Probationary you must do your best to put all your effort into it, dont leave him/her high and dry.

Pay attention to all the details and technicalities of the padawan in your fights, you will need to vote yes or no and this decision may be questioned by the leader in charge if thought to be off the mark.

Prepare a question or two to ask the padawan after his testing, all tester must ask at least 1 question, but feel free to have 2 or 3 if you need to ask to help you in your decision, this is the character test.

When the time to decide comes, all testers will go to the room behind the observation platform. There out of sight of the Padawan you will vote on whether they are give full membership or not by sitting (/amsit) to signify "Yes", or remaining standing of you believe "No". A tester may also vote "Undecided". However, this is not to be done lightly, think hard on such a decision first. The majority wins (3 - 1). However, if its 2 - 2 then the deciding vote will be cast by the leader in charge. Should a decision be suspect the testers may be taken to (TNA) Chat room to talk over the decision and see why it was reached. This also applies for the "Undecided" vote.

If they are accepted all testers in turn will bow to the new Full member he/she will be given there (TNA) tag and will be welcomed warmly.

If they are unsucessfull then all testers are expected to act with the upmost dignity, and not to make any comments of poor taste or be disrespectfull to the unsuccessfull Padawan, we will talk over why with the padawan and then we'll see if they wish to continue for another month as a (tna) Padawan or say goodbye to (TNA).
