The title "Grand Master" has nothing to do with the Master-Padawan system (TNA) already has. Grand Master is a prestigious title one can obtain within (TNA). The rank signifies that the member is an elite member of the clan in skill, has exhibited strong leadership skills, and has helped to pass on the legacy of (TNA) to new/younger members within the clan.

Who Can Become a Grand Master?

Members who have been a Master Jedi for at least 2 months and have trained at least two padawans within (TNA) in their entire history as a (TNA) member may request a Grand Master trial from the High Council. This trial must be followed by all (TNA) members who wish to become Grand Masters. It will be extensivley more difficult than even the Master Jedi trial, and passing each part of the trial is a must.

The Trial:
This trial MUST be requested and approved by the (TNA) Leadership (High Council and Administrators). The trial may be requested on the trial announcement thread.

The Testers:
6 - (TNA) Full members
    - 1 (TNA) High Council or Administration member.
    - At least 1 MJ and 1 GM must be present. (If GM are not availible, the GM may be replaced with a second
MJ at the HC members discretion)
    - 4 other full members of the clan.
(When more than 6 members are available, the presiding HC member may select the 6 testers)

Run the Gauntlet:
Like in the Master Jedi trial, one runs the 6-man gauntlet starting with 100/100 HP with each tester at 100/25 HP.
The trialee must defeat at least 3 duelists.

Six Duels:
6 freestyle duels
-3 duels in the main arena of the (TNA) Clan Map, must win 2/3 duels.
-3 duels on the secret bridge of the (TNA) Clan Map, must win 2/3 duels.

Staff Duels:
Here the trialee may use the saber of their choosing and faces an opponent utilizing staff.
Must win 2/4

Dual Saber Duels:

Here the trialee may use the saber of their choosing and faces an opponent utilizing dual sabers.
Must win 2/4

Two vs. One:
You must defeat at least one of your two opponents in this battle.

Two vs. Two:

The trialee selects a partner from the trialers and faces off against two other members. The trialee must survive the fight and kill at least one of the opponents. Furthermore, the trialee may not kill his/her partner.

Behavior and Rules:
After the fighting portion of the test (which you must have passed) is completed, the competitor will undergo a test of Behavior and knowledge of the Rules. This test is not to be underestimated; it is the most important part of the trial.

Addendum
This trial has been tested and it can be done! If you fail one of the goals, the trial will be over. However, another trial can be requested at a later date.
